  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Australia: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak demand periods.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters.

  • All Reloria orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.

  • There is no mention of the product or brand contents on the exterior of the package.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Customs & International Orders

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Reloria.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing

  • High order volume

Incorrect Address
